Dr. Ho Dzung, M.D.
Dr. Ho Dzung earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Georgetown University in Washington, D.C. and his medical degree from the Medical College of Virginia in Richmond. He continued his training with Surgical Internship at Pennsylvania Hospital in Philadelphia, and an Anesthesiology Residency at SUNY Downstate in Brooklyn, New York. Dr. Dzung then went on to do a Pain Management Fellowship at the University of Buffalo/Roswell Park Cancer Institute in Buffalo, New York. Dr. Dzung held many leadership positions throughout his residency as well as receiving several honors and awards in regards to his leadership positions and research.
Board certified by the American Board of Anesthesiology, Dr. Dzung has been practicing at the Innovative Pain Care Center since 2011. He is a member of the International Spine Intervention Society, American Society of Regional Anesthesia, American Society of Anesthesiologists, New York State Society of Anesthesiologists, and Medical Society of the State of New York. Dr. Dzung has written several articles published in prestigious peer-reviewed journals as well as receiving the “Patient’s Choice” Award for physicians in 2012.
In addition, Dr. Dzung is an active researcher in the field of pain management. He has also made numerous presentations at medical conferences and meetings around the country. When not practicing medicine, Dr. Dzung enjoys spending time with his wife. He also spends free time on photography, automobile restoration and maintenance, home remodeling and mountain biking.
Benjamin Cragun
Benjamin is a Tighten & Tone LV Partner and our Director of Operations. He initiates decisions for overall operations and setting strategic goals for our clinic. Overseeing various roles of the practice and evaluating regularly the efficiency of business procedures to ensure that the clinic is meeting organizational objectives by implementing his background in Information Technology and service systems.
Ben is the product advocate for the world’s leading passenger service system, focusing on the low-cost airline sector where he has been actively involved for nearly 20 years. Ben has driven various strategic initiatives in product management and support. He is actively engaged with several of the largest low-cost airlines, partnering with them to take their digital services to the next level.
Previously, Ben spent several years in the IT side of pharmaceutical development. He holds a degree in Information Systems from Weber State University. Ben provides strategic oversight to make sure that we are using our digital platforms to the best of their abilities and ensures that the company runs with legality and conformity to established regulations.
Ben is an avid car enthusiast and world traveler. He makes his home in Salt Lake City with his wife, six kids, and two dogs.

Tina Huesch
Tina Huesch, Supervisor and Lead Technician for Tighten & Tone LV joined our team in January 2022.
After moving to Las Vegas during childhood, Tina laid down roots and made it her home! Her professional background includes several years in the aesthetic industry as a successful nail designer, a Physical Education Aide for children of all ages, and strong office management and coordination.
Tina’s introduction to the Tighten & Tone LV family began after such a successful experience in receiving our treatments. She decided that she could incorporate her professional skills and personal experience to help us expand our brand.
Tina believes in being a part of a team that works with integrity and enjoys helping each client reach their goals. She lives here with her husband of 25 years, her 2 adult sons, and fur babies
